This concept art is inspired by the "Command & Conquer: General - Zero Hour" and the Soviet "Uraletz-66 AS" bus.
Mobile speaker tower that can heal the nearby friendly units and slightly increases their rate of fire.
Can carry 2 infantry units (or 6 for Attack Propaganda Bus, which is available for General Shin Fai only), which are not included (unlike the Listening Outpost unit). Unlike "Uraletz", this bus is based on the same truck as Listening Outpost.
Attack Propaganda Bus can also slow down enemy units a bit and decrease their rate of fire.
Speed and Armor are similar to the Listening Outpost.
The motto is real.

Небольшой концепт-артик, вдохновлённый игрой "Command & Conquer: General - Zero Hour" и обзором Зенкевича на "Уралец-66 АС".
Китайская мобильная башня пропаганды. Лечит юнитов вокруг себя и слегка увеличивает их темп стрельбы.
Есть отделение для двух (или 6 в Боевом Агитационном Автобусе, который доступен только Пехотному Генералу Китая Шин Фаю) пехотинцев, которые в комплект не входят. В отличие от "Уральца", сделан на шасси того же грузовика, что и Передвижной Радар (в оригинале - Listening Outpost).
Боевой Агитационный Автобус также слегка снижает скорость передвижения противников и уменьшает их темп стрельбы.
Скорость и бронезащита аналогичны Передвижному Радару.
Слоган на борту - призыв к доведению любого дела до совершенства.

I'd love to see this vehicle in the original game
The style just match the settings. And it is itself a feat for those who does not speak Chinese to choose the proper axiom and write them down properly.
Btw. IRL a serious PLA agitprop vehicle would utilize JieFang(解放,'Liberation") or DongFeng(东风,"East Wind") truck, jeep or armored personnel carrier as platform and carry more specific slogans.
In the 1970s and 1980s, a number of small and medium-sized state-owned automotive plants in China did produce boxy vans which are similar to this Ural-guys 66 both in appearance and internal structure. Unfortunately they seldom saw military usage and have all but vanished by 2000s and indigenous van designs nowadays are toyota or iveco look-alikes.
